Deep Autumn: A Yoga, Sound Bath & Visualizations Event

Deepen inward for two hours, and soften your edges, in this yoga practice, crystal bowl sound bath, and a guided visualizations experience!  

We will begin with an all-levels yoga practice to connect with the body and get some energy moving. 

After yoga, we'll have a little break to enjoy some tea and light refreshments. Then we'll lay back and get cozy for our crystal singing bowl AND handpan sound bath by Ingrid  and Jesse! 

This is a full-body meditative experience in which the song of the crystal bowls and handpan interplay with your body's energy centers, softening your edges and encouraging balance. 

During part of the sound bath, April will offer a guided visualization / spoken meditation inspired by Yoga Nidra, focused on connecting with the messages of your heart.

Please bring a yoga mat and any props you'd like to have with you. We will have blankets there.
