Summer Heat: A Dreamy Affirmations & Yoga Event
Let's meet at Dirty Bird's where the birds are chirping, swooping, and nesting in the cash box! We'll practice yoga, affirmations & dreamy guided visualizations together on the grass, beneath the trees, blocks from the sea.

About the event
We’ll start our 2-hour experience off with a seated 5-minute meditation and ceremony to connect with the natural forces all around us & with ourselves as part of nature. Next, we’ll move through a 1-hour yoga sequence to conjure up the heat of our bodies and feel into the heat of this season.
After we move, we’ll spend about 40 minutes in restorative yoga and yin shapes, with a hand pan/singing bowl sound bath and some optional aromatherapy. During this time April will guide you through a replenishing visualization and affirmations journey to stir up your wildest, warmest dreams and call them into reality.
